Discover Movement in Movement Skills, gluteus medius, isometric hold, psuh-up totation, stability, x-rotation
We use this movement skill assessment to measure (and improve) the stability of the shoulder/scapula and the core/hip region on athletes. The regression from this would be a T-rotation without the top leg raise.
