Discover Movement in Movement Skills
We use this simple exercise to evaluate balance, hip/hamstring flexiblity overall body control and kinesthetic awereness. This is the first progression. The key points are: 1. a slightly bent supporting knee 2. the hips square 3. shoulder blades back. Straight heel-knee-hip-shoulder alignment.
