    Weekly Warm-up: Neck muscle strength and activation exercises

    We use cervical stability exercises to strengthen and activate the neck muscles. We use these as part of the dynamic warm-up for athletes. For demonstration only. Leave a comment to let us know what you think.

    I am an avid body builder and I have to admit I have never seen these type of "neck muscle" warm-up, very interesting.
