    How many different kind of jumping jacks can you do?  

    Jumping Jacks are great for:

    - Preparing the body for movement 
    - Developing coordination
    - Practicing rapid ground contact (dorsiflexion)
    - Driving the scapula and shoulders in all planes
    - Activating the abdominal wall
    - Practicing uncommon movement combinations  
    - Improving the sense of tempo and rhythm  
    - Creating focus and concentration 
    - Having fun!

    = A total body warm up!
